This is an on-site full-time role located in the Greater Delhi Area for a Healthcare Counselor. The Healthcare Counselor will be responsible for providing psychological therapy and support to patients, conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and offering ongoing counseling sessions. The role also involves liaising with healthcare providers, maintaining patient records, and following up on patient progress to ensure quality care. Additionally, the counselor will participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of mental health programs.

• Experience in psychological therapy, patient counseling, and developing treatment plans
• Proficiency in conducting initial patient assessments and maintaining detailed patient records
• Skills in liaising with healthcare providers and participating in team meetings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
