We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of coding executives.

  • Minimum 16 - 25 years of medical coding experience in professional settings.
  • Experience of working across multiple coding specialties and operations.
  • Prior leadership or management experience is essential for this role.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic implementation of client requirements and goals.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leaders to ensure the delivery of operational excellence and high performance from associates at various levels.

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent leadership skills, a strong track record of achievement, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Qualifications

Certifications: AAPC / AHIMA

Experience: A minimum of 16 years' experience in coding, with at least 1.5 years' experience as a Director

Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
