About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment as a Business Analyst Intern. You will collaborate closely with various teams within the Operations department, gaining valuable insights into multiple aspects of business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, including data analysis and database management.
  • Assist in conducting thorough verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A graduate in any field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule and Benefits
