Job Title: Product Manager

As a strategic product leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital payments. You will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from inception to delivery, bringing modernized platform capabilities and innovative payment experiences that drive value for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive product strategy and execution.
  • Manage and prioritize a product backlog, translating business needs into well-defined initiatives and delivering measurable results.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business and technical requirements, ensuring agile delivery and maintaining clear documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating alignment, communication, and commitment to shared goals.
  • Partner with design, analytics, and engineering teams to deliver product features that address real customer and user problems.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to product leaders across the organization, ensuring consistency and collaboration on platform modernization and payment capability initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital product management, financial services, technology, or project management.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven experience defining and managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and business models in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with ability to work across global teams and time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing shifting priorities and delivering results under tight timelines.
  • Solid understanding of payments architecture, digital ecosystems, and technology product development lifecycles.
