Key Credit Operations Role

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with our partner organizations. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around day-to-day coordination with these teams to ensure smooth credit operations.

  • Develop and implement strategies for effective portfolio performance monitoring and maintenance of high-quality portfolios.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address collection follow-ups on overdue cases, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS/data reports for review by stakeholders, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Visit partner offices periodically to foster strong relationships and guarantee process alignment.
  • Support various business units in partner-related activities as required, promoting seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

For this esteemed position, we seek an exceptional candidate who possesses:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in the NBFC/BFSI sector, with a proven track record in credit/partner management.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder handling skills, coupled with outstanding communication abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and MIS, along with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
