Job Title: SuccessFactors Consultant

Job Summary:

\
  • We are seeking a skilled consultant with experience in SuccessFactors modules, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, and Payroll.
  • The ideal candidate will have knowledge of integrations within SuccessFactors and SAP systems, as well as experience in coordinating with technical teams.

Responsibilities:

\
  1. Resolve incidents and change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules.
  2. Configure and integrate SuccessFactors and SAP systems.
  3. Document configurations and business processes.
  4. Handhold employees in uploading data and making form template changes.
  5. Provide support for SAP HCM ECC modules.

Requirements:

\
  • Implementation or support experience in at least two SuccessFactors modules.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Experience or knowledge in integrations with-in SuccessFactors and SF to SAP & Vice versa, other 3rd party systems.
  • Basic knowledge in SAP HCM – Time Management (Positive) and Payroll (any of countries - India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Diploma/Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
