
Business Development Specialist

Job Role
As a customer acquisition specialist, you will be the voice of our company. You are the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for demonstrating the value of our product and driving growth.
You will convert leads into loyal users, manage the initial customer journey from first call to successful onboarding, and maintain records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online product presentations via video conferencing platforms, tailoring content to meet specific customer needs.
- Initiate inbound calls to identify potential customers from leads, implementing follow-up procedures to nurture leads and convert them into active customers.
- Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to product utilization.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales interactions using CRM tools for accurate information.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with empathy and professionalism.
- Goal-oriented, driven by targets and motivated by challenges.
- Fluency in Hindi is required.
