Job Title: Senior Manager Project Finance

  • This is a key leadership position, overseeing the financial strategy for solar projects.

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in financial structuring, project evaluation, and fundraising for renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will lead the financing strategy for solar projects, liaise with banks/financial institutions, and ensure timely financial closure to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with banks/NBFCs/investors/credit rating agencies to secure project financing.
  • Review and negotiate term sheets, loan agreements, and financial covenants.
  • Build and evaluate detailed financial models including IRR, DSCR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Manage end-to-end debt raising process – from preparing DPRs and loan applications to negotiations and disbursement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Business Development, EPC, Legal) for financial due diligence and risk assessment.
  • Monitor cash flow, loan compliance, and repayment schedules for ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA/equivalent with strong financial background.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project finance, preferably in the renewable energy/power/infrastructure sector.
  • Proven track record in debt raising, project financing, and financial closures.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, credit appraisal, and risk analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
