Retail Sales Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Coach to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering training programs that equip new hires with the skills necessary to excel in their roles.

  • Develop and implement engaging classroom and on-the-job training sessions to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
  • Monitor learner progress, track performance, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create interactive training techniques such as role-plays, case studies, and scenario-based learning to enhance employee productivity and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in retail sales coaching
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in training implementation, store-level coaching, and data analysis
