Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Manager to oversee the development process and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitation:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Scrum is required.
  • The successful candidate will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Removing impediments and obstacles hindering progress will be an essential part of the role.
  • Team Support:
  • The Agile Manager will act as a servant leader to the development team.
  • Fostering collaboration and communication within the team will be crucial.
  • A culture of continuous improvement must be encouraged.
  • Process Management:
  • The Agile process must be followed at all times.
  • Tracking and managing project progress using Agile tools and techniques is vital.
  • Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of the Agile process is essential.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Effective communication with stakeholders is necessary to ensure they are aware of the team's progress and any issues.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating discussions between stakeholders and the development team will be key.
Product Owner Responsibilities
  • Product Vision & Roadmap:
  • The Product Owner will define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
  • A product roadmap that aligns with business goals must be developed and maintained.
  • Requirements Gathering:
  • The Product Owner will gather and document customer requirements and user stories.
  • Closely working with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable tasks is essential.
  • Backlog Management:
  • The Product Owner will create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog.
  • The backlog must be visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders and the development team.
