Project Manager for Workspace Fit-out Industry

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects from initial stages to final handover. The successful candidate will have a strong background in team management, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.

The ideal candidate will possess good research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with accuracy. They will also have strong commercial awareness and client-centric operations aptitude.

Skillset Required:
  • Strong project management skills with experience in team management.
  • Excellent research skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Good commercial awareness and client-centric operations aptitude.
Experience and Qualification:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the workspace fit-out industry as a project management professional.
  • Preferably from a D&B or coworking space background.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with specialization in MEP.

  3. Utilize construction management tools and software to optimize project outcomes.

  1. Timely completion of projects.

  3. Effective communication and project delivery.
