Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Strong documentation and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong customer-relationship skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with cloud-based products.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking software.
  • Knowledge in scripting/programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript.
  • Understanding of SQL databases.
