Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

This is a customer-facing role where you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Make inbound and outbound calls to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Convert potential customers into appointments and sales by persuading them to book packages.
- Engage with customers to provide detailed information about services, promotions, and membership benefits.
- Follow up with customers for appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Manage customer interactions and appointments in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to enhance customer experience and optimize sales.
- Education: A degree in any field is preferred.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Malayalam; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (preferred).
- Understanding of the wellness industry (an asset).
