The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading technical design remodeling, and refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability;">
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to create technical vision, detailed roadmap, and drive critical design discussions;">
  • Driving technology and architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation and code reviews;">
  • Building engineering processes for the team and championing product thinking;">
  • Providing technical leadership with a focus on quality and security;">
  • Robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem.">
">Requirements">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream;">
  • Relevant and progressive 10+ years of experience, with good projects in blockchain products;">
  • Hands-on experience in software development using ReactJS and Node.js;">
  • Hands-on experience in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB;">
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures;">
  • Preferred: Designed, developed, and deployed large-scale web applications on the cloud;">
  • Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development.">
