We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to own and operate our cloud-based blockchain infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring high performance, availability, and resilience across multiple blockchain protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and operating validator nodes for high uptime, security, and cost-efficiency.
  • Designing and deploying infrastructure on AWS and GCP for scalability and performance.
  • Implementing Kubernetes-native tooling for deployment and observability management.
  • Collaborating with the Protocol R&D team for onboarding new blockchains and participating in testnets and mainnets.
  • Ensuring secure infrastructure with best-in-class secrets management and incident response protocols.
  • Contributing to a robust monitoring and alerting stack for anomaly detection and protocol-level issues.
  • Acting as a bridge between software, protocol, and product teams to communicate infra constraints or deployment risks.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps roles—ideally within FinTech, Cloud, or high-reliability environments.
  • Proven expertise managing Kubernetes in production at scale.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and GitOps workflows.
  • Deep understanding of system reliability, incident management, fault tolerance, and monitoring best practices.
  • Proficiency with Prometheus for custom dashboards, metrics, and alerting.
  • Experience operating secure infrastructure and implementing compliant practices.
  • Solid scripting in Bash, Python, or Go.
Nice-to-Have:

We also value first-hand experience in Web3/blockchain/crypto environments, including:

  • Understanding of staking, validator economics, slashing conditions, or L1/L2 governance mechanisms.
  • Exposure to smart contract deployments or working with Solidity.
