Leadership Role in Sales and Marketing

This is a leadership position where you will shape the go-to-market teams.

You will own our sales and customer success technology stack, managing, customizing, and optimizing HubSpot to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Manage automations, workflows, and reports that make our teams faster and smarter.
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM questions.

To achieve this goal, we are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you love data and details.
  • Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to train and coach team members.
