Job Title: Lead Generation Executive SaaS (Bautomate)

Location: WFO, Poriyalar Nagar, Madurai

Experience: 1 years in B2B SaaS lead generation

Reports To: Sales/Marketing Manager

As we expand globally, we're looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Executive to help us identify and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) across key international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct targeted outreach to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for the Bautomate platform across the US, UK, APAC, and Middle East markets.

- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, email campaigns, and CRM platforms to identify and engage prospects.

- Research, identify, and build a pipeline of decision-makers within our ideal customer profile - (ICP) typically in operations, IT, and finance departments.

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and campaign strategies.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes using CRM tools.

- Analyze and report on campaign performance and lead quality regularly.

Key Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech-based solutions.

- Proven experience generating and qualifying leads in international markets (US, UK, APAC, Middle East).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient with CRM and outreach tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms

- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Understanding of SaaS sales cycles and MQL criteria is a strong plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with marketing and sales automation tools.

- Familiarity with B2B buyer personas in finance, insurance, retail, and manufacturing.

- Ability to adapt messaging across regions and industries.
