
New Business Development Director

The focus lies in spearheading efforts to identify growth opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and enhance market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with a focus on expanding the client portfolio across target industries
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion
- Building lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and threats
- Collaborating with strategy, creative, and account management teams to deliver customized solutions for clients
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development or growth role, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven ability to create and execute business development strategies
- Expertise in building and nurturing client relationships, knowledge of advertising channels and marketing techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling presentations and pitches
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, for effective client presentations
