Job Opportunity

This is a consultant position for the implementation and management of Oracle HCM projects.

  • The primary responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end deployment, updating, and customization of all Oracle HCM modules globally, driving digital adoption firm-wide by managing a team of consultants and working closely with business stakeholders, technology support teams, and implementation partners to ensure the successful configuration, customization, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for all Oracle HCM modules, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure the success of the implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues. Act as the primary liaison between business units (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) and the implementation team.

System Configuration & Customization

Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules where needed, according to business needs and best practices.

Training, Testing & Quality Assurance

Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

Change Management and Digital Adoption

Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions, both to HR teams and wider global workforce.

Continuous Improvement

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
