Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant. This highly skilled individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting various HCM Extracts, Reporting, and Integrations projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented consultant to utilize their expertise in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support HR processes in global organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools and hands-on experience in delivering complex projects on time.

  • Design, develop, and support HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.
  • Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.
  • Support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.
  • Develop and manage HDL-based data loads with inbound/outbound integrations.

Technical Skills:

  • BI Publisher (BIP): Custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts.
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI): Real-time dashboards & analytics.
  • HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring.
  • Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas.
  • HDL (HCM Data Loader): Strong data load expertise.
  • APIs & Integration: Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, OIC integrations, and secure data frameworks.
