Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant Position

About the Role

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.)
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency
  • Familiar with the implementation process and be able to provide technical and functional support to end-users
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Key Qualifications

  • 8+ Years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on functional aspect
  • Hands-on experience for at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
  • Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, especially in modules such as Fusion Payroll, Fusion Core HR, Fusion Absences, Fusion Talent Modules, OTL
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Oracle certifications are a plus
