Requirements:
  • Desirable Experience
    • A background in student-facing roles, such as academic counselling, student support, admissions, or a similar capacity.
  • Effective Communication Skills
    • Excellent verbal communication skills, including a clear and engaging telephone manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills
    • The ability to build rapport and trust quickly with students and partners, fostering strong relationships.
  • Training & Facilitation
    • Demonstrable experience in conducting training sessions or workshops, designing engaging content that promotes knowledge transfer.

Education: A bachelor's degree in any discipline. A degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or a related field is advantageous.
