Job Title: Client Onboarding SpecialistJob Description:

The Client Onboarding Analyst will be responsible for the completion of day-to-day activities as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties.

This role involves verifying account opening documents for PWM US clients against the KYC requirements and ensuring correct FATCA reporting to comply with regulatory requirements.

The Analyst must adhere to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs, handle multiple deadlines, and process and approve all cases within given TAT.

Knowledge of AML and ABR procedures, various Regulations (REG E, D, and Volcker), and client documentation across geographies is required.

The Analyst should also possess effective communication skills, fluency in Microsoft Office, and be open to working in night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain quality and quantity of processing as per the SLA
  • Handle multiple deadlines and process and approve all cases in given TAT
  • Ensure timely completion of all requests and adhere to client confidentiality
  • Update volumes in various spreadsheets work logs accurately and on time
  • Practice team work culture and escalate all issues in time to avoid any adverse impact on the business
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Have fundamental knowledge of KYC, FATCA, Account opening, Banking, etc.
  • Understand the importance of transactions approval procedure to control risk of fraud and error
  • Knowledge of different client documentation across geographies and the life cycle of the on-boarding process
  • Experience in In-depth knowledge of KYC, ABR, FATCA, COB
  • Self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives
  • Effective communication skills and fluency in Microsoft Office
  • Open to work in night shift
