Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in Substation Automation, protocol knowledge (Modbus, T101/104, IEC 61850, DNP3, OPC), and proficiency in Windows, PC Applications, and PC Communication.
  • Leadership and Management: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team towards achieving common goals.
  • Communication and Interpersonal: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical: Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
