Technical Project Manager Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in leading and managing technology-driven projects from initiation to delivery. Your expertise in bridging business, engineering, and stakeholder needs is crucial to ensuring projects are executed effectively, on time, and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management & Delivery: Oversee the entire project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines with precision.
  • Align business requirements with technical implementation through effective communication.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams as a trusted liaison.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Technical Oversight: Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and dependencies for successful project execution.
  • Drive solution discussions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Oversee system integrations, APIs, cloud deployments, and other technical components.
  • Risk & Quality Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards through reviews, testing coordination, and quality checks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong technical background.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects (Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, Data, or Enterprise Applications).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications preferred.
