Contact Center Operations Engineer

We are seeking a skilled engineer to design and implement our contact center platform.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure the contact center infrastructure delivers on desired business outcomes. As part of our team, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Design and Engineering Functions: You will be responsible for designing and engineering the contact center platform to meet our business requirements.
  • Operations and Maintenance: You will ensure that the contact center infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supplier Management: You will work closely with suppliers to ensure that they meet our business requirements.
  • Internal IT Stakeholder Support: You will provide support to internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that the contact center infrastructure meets those needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.
  • Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

You will also need to have the following skills:

  • Genesys Cloud tools.
  • JSON, RegEx, and restful API/web services.
  • Designing, creating, and managing table-driven workflows.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Genesys solutions and a strong understanding of contact center operations.
