Digital Contact Center Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable and resilient contact center solutions based on Cisco UCCE and CVP architecture.
- Lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of UCCE and CVP components.
- Integrate Cisco UCCE and CVP with enterprise systems, such as CRM, workforce management, IVR, call recording, analytics, and other applications.
- Develop and troubleshoot CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts to support dynamic routing, self-service, and intelligent call distribution.
- Provide expert support for complex issues involving UCCE, CVP, and related technologies.
- Monitor system health and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and migrations for UCCE and CVP platforms, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Cisco UCCE-CVP certification is mandatory.
- Strong collaboration skills are essential for working effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in key technologies and tools, including Cisco UCCE, ICM, Finesse, CUIC, PGs, Cisco CVP, VXML Server, and others.
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNP Collaboration or equivalent certifications.
- Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions and DevOps practices.
