Job Title: Financial Director

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Director to lead our finance and advisory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reports, tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

About the Role:

As a Financial Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing financial reporting, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
  • Developing financial models and conducting ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Managing Direct Tax, GST, and TDS compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Coordinating with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Providing financial analysis and support for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Offering insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/CMA/CFA certification.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, or project advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation laws, and GST compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, project reports, and ratio analysis.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multiple assignments simultaneously.
