About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead our process equipment and facilities maintenance team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of critical equipment and facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in engineering or a related field, with experience in managing teams and projects. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for process equipment, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMP guidelines.
  • Breakdown Maintenance: Respond promptly to breakdowns of process equipment, conducting timely repairs and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Safety and Quality: Maintain a focus on safety and quality throughout all activities, adhering to cGMP, GDP, and safety protocols.
  • Coordination and Communication: Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve plant maintenance issues and communicate relevant EHS concerns.
  • Spares Management: Manage inventory and procurement of spares for all process equipment, ensuring timely availability.
  • Clean Room Operations: Ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems and maintain clean room parameters, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Document all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
