Process Engineering Role

Job Summary:

This is a high-level process engineer position that involves designing, developing, and implementing processes to ensure timely delivery of products.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in process engineering, excellent analytical skills, and strong knowledge of industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Develop new processes and improve existing ones to meet customer requirements and product specifications.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and research and development.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 18 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biotech/lifesciences industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of process calculations, simulation software, and equipment selection criteria.
  • Additional Skills: Familiarity with regulatory requirements, area classification, man-material flow concepts, and ISPE guidelines.
