**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Head to lead our business development initiatives in the pharmaceutical human health sector.

This critical role requires expertise in B2B marketing and contract manufacturing, particularly in oral liquids and nutraceuticals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multinational corporate environments, with a proven track record of success in generating new B2B orders and selling developed products within the human pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and strategizing business development activities
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Negotiating and finalizing business deals
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Master's degree in business, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field, with a minimum of 8-15 years of progressive experience in business development within the human pharmaceutical industry.

A proven ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies, negotiate and manage comprehensive contracts, maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, and lead cross-functional initiatives is required.
