Requirements:
  • 1–3 years experience in performance marketing / digital marketing preferably at an agency with hands-on experience on key digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO.
  • Data analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics expertise required.
  • Excellent communication collaboration skills necessary.
  • A/B testing conversion rate optimisation experience beneficial.
  • Creative strategy for ads essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies that align client goals drive measurable growth.
  2. Ensure campaign objectives clearly defined executed optimised to achieve maximum ROI customer acquisition.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Management
  1. Plan launch optimise paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads Bing Ads and key social platforms including Meta Facebook Instagram etc.
  2. Align messaging with brand tone tailoring creatives copy to each platform best practices.
  • Data Performance Analytics
  1. Leverage tools like Google Analytics Google Tag Manager platform-specific insights track user behaviour campaign performance conversion pathways.
  2. Use data inform decisions iterate strategy continuous improvement.
  • Campaign Optimisation Experimentation
  1. Continuously A/B test creatives ad copies targeting bidding strategies identify high-performing combinations.
  2. Stay agile responsive market dynamics meet evolving campaign objectives.
