Job Overview

Brands protect their identity and reputation by safeguarding trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property. This role requires a strategic thinker to manage the protection of these assets across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand protection strategies for enforcement efforts on marketplaces, domains, and social media.
  • Lead client onboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions and establish brand protection plans.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective enforcement and customer-facing tasks.
  • Drive business growth through process improvement initiatives and innovation in AI technology.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's reach.
  • Develop and implement operational enhancements to boost efficiency and impact on the brand protection process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in online brand protection, including takedown actions on marketplaces, domains, and social media.
  • Proven track record of successful brand protection strategies and execution.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and platforms and their application in brand protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of autonomy and initiative.
  • Master's degree in Business and/or Law, or equivalent experience.
