As a seasoned data professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering world-class products that cater to customers' needs. Your expertise will drive the success of complex transformation programs within the data portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of complex transformation program development within the data portfolio by collaborating with agile multi-skilled teams.
  • Work closely with cross-asset IT teams to elicit and analyze business change, functional, and non-functional requirements across various stakeholders.
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artefacts that enable development teams to develop working products.
  • Create/enhance logical and physical data models by adhering to agreed standards to fulfill both business and technical requirements.
  • Undertake metadata analysis, including naming logical entities and attributes, physical tables and columns, definitions, and data types.
  • Develop and maintain accurate, complete, consistent, unambiguous, reliable, accessible, traceable, and valid metadata and data-related artefacts.

For this role, we require:

  • 4-10 years of experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling.
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills, covering activities like requirement gathering, elicitation skills, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) and ability to create and deliver high-quality data models following agreed data governance and standards.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills and ability to build rapport and relationships.
  • Other required skills include SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, Visual Paradigm.
