Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at VIP Courier. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new franchises and managing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales promotion strategies
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and provide research and ideas
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues

Requirements:

  • Any graduate in any specialization
  • Local geographical knowledge
  • Good leadership skills and team player
  • Aggressive, self-motivated, and target-oriented individual with a flair for sales

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in channel sales, franchised development, and franchise acquisition
  • Knowledge of the courier, transportation, and warehousing industries

Salary: ₹200,000 per year
