Motorcycle Business Development Manager

Job Purpose: The Motorcycle Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve budgeted volumes in the Motorcycle Business. This includes planning and achieving the organizational goals as set in the annual plan in terms of volumes, market share, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve budgeted volumes.
- Plan and achieve the organizational goals as set in the annual plan.
- Offer sales training to the sales team as required.
- Ensure that infrastructure is as per the latest Corporate Identity Process norms and are compliant to all Royal Enfield norms/policies.
- Attend to customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure appropriate MIS reporting.
- Organize rides and customer meets as per target.
- Launch customer schemes as and when required based on the annual budgeted cost for the region.
- Plan and implement sales promotional activities to capture optimum market shares.
- Showcase consistent Customer Satisfaction Index and Sales Satisfaction Index.
- Maintain relationships with business partners – Banks & Financial institutions.
- Coordinate the supply of new and used vehicles and ordering/acquiring vehicle inventory accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering/Technology (Mechanical) or Business or Masters of Business Administration in a relevant field (Sales/Marketing/Finance) with 4+ years of relevant experience in a similar role in sales or business development capacity.
