ServiceNow Capability Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified professional to lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

Key Expectations:
  1. Demonstrate industry expertise – deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.
  2. Foster in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem, company, and product roadmap, understand various products, platforms, and ServiceNow offerings, market trends including other competitor enterprise products.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of the ServiceNow system integrators' ecosystem, competitive positioning, and market share.
  4. Assume global responsibility (US, Europe, UK, APAC Regions).
  5. Prior experience in multiple accounts management with profit and loss accountability.
  6. Drive successful client implementation and high customer satisfaction; Grow business in current accounts.

Proficient in working in a matrix organization with exceptional communication and networking skills. Able to manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment.
