Job Title

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a large-scale transformation project.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Order Management and Delivery processes in ServiceNow, leveraging the OM product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop enhancements and review existing designs identified during UAT phases.
  • Implement ServiceNow OM and CSM modules, including order capture and orchestration.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to ensure best practices in design and development.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including 3 years with Order Management (OM).
  • Strong expertise in Service Catalog definition and setup, Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer.
  • Knowledge of sales and ordering processes.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication: able to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Ergonomics, or a related field.
