Job Description

The role involves working as a key member of a global process solution team, focusing on consulting, coordination, and facilitation of projects and portfolio management processes. This includes participating in the standardization of global/local project rollouts and supporting cross-divisional solutions within the Bosch Business Mobility Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strive for lean processes and best-in-class standards, contributing to digital transformation for Bosch Mobility, including transition to SAP S/4HANA
  • Manage regional process solution team resources, competency, and allocations to projects/business requirements
  • Coordinate and facilitate project management process standardization with other process experts, process managers, and IT departments
  • Participate in BR (Business Requirement) developments for the process chain related to projects and portfolio management
  • Take lead in coordinating and addressing any India-specific requirements of the PPM process chain

Contribution to Projects:

  • Active participation in global project teams for project rollout activities, process consulting, and definition, support in migration and testing during Go Live and stabilization
  • Part of the global expert network developing, rolling out, and supporting cross-divisional solutions within the Bosch Business Mobility Sector withoutstanding communication

Communication and Organization Change Management (OCM):

  • Manage regional process solution team members' resources, competency, and allocations to projects/business requirements
  • Actively communicate with other BBM functions, e.g., projects, development, process chain manager
  • Inform process networks about new developed BR and process changes on a regular base
  • Identify training needs and provide expertise for training measures in close collaboration with process owner, process delegates, process chain manager

Qualifications:

  • BE in any branch of engineering or MCA
  • SAP certification in module preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP R/3, S4 HANA preferred in projects systems / management
  • Professional certification in project management preferred

Experience:

  • Overall experience in business process, IT & related services & project management about 5-10 years
  • Business process experience in areas of project systems / experience in being process expert or key user in project systems and portfolio management area
