Lead Client Advocate Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our client advocacy efforts, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a daily communication plan to ensure consistent follow-ups with clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Send regular reminders, motivational quotes, and check-ins to track client progress and well-being.
  • Utilize Google Sheets to monitor client mood, motivation, and progress, identifying areas for improvement and escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the nutritionist to coordinate plan updates and dietary changes, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Provide weekly progress summaries to both the team and clients, highlighting successes and areas for growth.
  • Encourage referrals by delivering outstanding support experiences that exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, with a warm, clear, and motivational tone.
  • Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Empathetic and genuinely caring about people's health journeys.
  • Proficient in using WhatsApp Business, Excel/Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
  • Basic knowledge of lifestyle and wellness principles a plus.
