About the Role:

  • Catalyze entrepreneurship amongst Top B-school students and alumni by providing guidance and support.
  • Engage with and coach emerging and existing founders from the startup ecosystem to help them achieve their goals.
  • Develop new initiatives and continue running existing ones, including the flagship B-School Fellowship, Internships, and Challenge, to drive business growth.
  • Foster relationships between founders, faculty, and students to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support entrepreneurship activities, including cases, courses, workshops, competitions led by other teams, student, and alumni cells, to enhance skills and expertise.
  • Expand and activate the B-school alumni entrepreneur and investor community to leverage their networks and resources.
  • Manage the annual flagship B-school Entrepreneurship Summit to bring together industry leaders and stakeholders.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a related field or industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurship trends.
