Job Opportunity: Training Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled professional to facilitate process training sessions.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day functional direction of agents within the training environment, including student progress monitoring and providing coaching and developmental feedback.
  • They will utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills, including creative training techniques and adult learning principles, to deliver high-quality training sessions.
  • The Training Facilitator will prepare and present training materials through various modalities, such as classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations, and supporting activities.
  • Accountability for achieving individual training performance metrics is key to this role.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for agents within the training environment.
  • Maintain relevant product knowledge by participating in client and cross-functional meetings and side-by-side observations.
  • Ensure effective communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups, including day-to-day informal interaction with clients.
  • Support Instructional Design team in designing and developing training materials for various instructional delivery methods.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using various feedback methods and make recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills, such as communication, critical thinking, time management, team building, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines of deliverables.
  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop good relationships.
