Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to support our team in planning, execution, and roll-out of new processes and standards.

  • Plan and coordinate activities for executing new processes and standards, including communication, ongoing support, and measurement.
  • Support roll-out, training, and support planning, development, and communications to ensure success of processes/focus areas.
  • Plan and support requirements definition and documentation for new processes, including documenting requirements gathering approaches and translating stakeholder requirements into deliverables.
  • Drive change management and enablement across the organization, serving as a change analyst when needed.
  • Analyze current state and desired to-be state of focus areas/workstreams, providing actionable insights and practical recommendations on problems to be solved and potential solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance, Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of professional technical experience in technology roles, business analysis, or project management, with demonstrated progression of responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience running group workshops or facilitation sessions.
  • Strong business and technology acumen, organizational agility.
