SAP HCM Personnel Administration Professional

We are seeking a seasoned SAP HCM Personnel Administration expert to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP HCM, particularly in managing and optimizing personnel administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Maintain SAP HCM Module: Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the SAP HCM Personnel Administration module to ensure seamless operation.
  • Optimize Personnel Processes: Analyze and optimize personnel administration processes within SAP HCM to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Data Migration and Integration: Support data migration and integration between SAP HCM and other HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and generate reports related to personnel administration to inform business decisions.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to employee data to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 7-11 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration is required.
  • HR Knowledge: A strong understanding of HR processes and best practices is essential.
  • SAP Expertise: Proficiency in SAP HCM modules, especially Personnel Administration, is necessary.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and generate reports effectively is crucial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for successful collaboration with HR teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for effective issue resolution.
