Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Management: Create, update, and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, quality manuals, inspection records, and audit reports. Ensure all documents are accurately formatted, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant personnel.
2. Compliance and Standards: Ensure documentation complies with industry standards (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP) and regulatory requirements. Stay updated on changes in industry regulations and incorporate them into quality documentation.
3. Quality Audits: Assist in internal and external quality audits by preparing necessary documentation and records. Follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are documented and implemented.
4. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for staff on quality procedures and documentation practices. Provide support to team members in understanding and implementing quality documentation requirements.
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient documentation practices. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to enhance overall quality management systems.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to quality performance and report findings to management. Prepare regular reports on quality metrics and documentation status.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, Agriculture, or a related field is required. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance/documentation within the food industry, preferably in rice production or processing.
