Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead our financial management, planning, and reporting efforts. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial information, compliance with regulations, and driving business growth.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. They will also ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements, develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures, and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accurate financial projectionsManage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to provide stakeholders with timely and reliable informationEnsure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk and maintain a positive reputationAnalyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement, and develop financial models and forecasts to inform business decisionsDevelop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve profitabilityCollaborate with department heads to establish budgets and monitor financial performanceLead and develop a team of finance professionals to ensure effective execution of financial operations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience leading financial operations teams. You should also have a deep understanding of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements, as well as experience with financial planning and analysis tools.
