About the Role

This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze complex financial data, identify areas of improvement, and implement effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, process automation, and financial analysis, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business solutions and implement change
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions and reports
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, operations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful project management and process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, or business, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data and creating/implementing an escalation plan
  • Solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations
  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL and experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
