Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Industrial Outreach Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for driving outbound outreach, lead qualification, and discovery call scheduling.

Your primary focus will be on building targeted lists via industry research, event lists, and other sources. You will also be responsible for researching ideal accounts and decision-makers, running outbound campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and calls, and qualifying prospects using BANT (or similar) frameworks.

In addition, you will be responsible for initiating conversations and building interest in our product, effectively positioning it in short outbound interactions, and handing over qualified leads to the sales team with full context.

You will also create email templates, outreach flows, case studies, and FAQs to support the sales team. Furthermore, you will capture learnings and continuously improve messaging & targeting.

Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B research, pre-sales, or sales
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Able to thrive in execution-heavy roles with daily targets
  • Curious about industrial / infrastructure ecosystems
