Our approach focuses on digestive problems, physical health, and mental well-being, rooted in the principles of Ayurveda and the 6 Pillar Approach.
About the Role
This is a full-time on-site position as a Customer Relationship Management Manager at Dr. Era Ayurveda. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales growth, converting leads into clients, and up-selling and cross-selling our services. Additionally, they will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer engagement and retention
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve overall clinic operations
Requirements
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Proven experience in sales and customer growth
- Excellent team management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Familiarity with Ayurvedic practices or holistic health is an asset
- Proficient in English and Hindi
Compensation
The salary for this position is ₹25,000 per month, plus a quarterly incentive structure that rewards individual and team performance. This compensation package reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the field of Ayurvedic healthcare.
