Human Resources Manager, Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Ground Zero. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the HR function and providing administrative support towards building operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of the recruitment process, including preparation of job descriptions, posting of job openings, identification and shortlisting of potential candidates, and provision of assistance in selection and offer processes.
- Administering the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Ensuring the implementation and adoption of HR policies across the organization.
- Maintaining proper documentation and file management for all functional operations, including employee personal files, probation/confirmation letters, etc.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement employee engagement strategies aimed at creating a positive work environment.
- Timely execution of various activities of the performance management system cycle, including review discussions and annual appraisals.
- Assisting in the management and maintenance of the HR Management System (HRMS) to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Assisting with payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Working closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies for talent training and development.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative processes and procedures.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of company events, such as conferences, seminars, and team-building activities.
- Overseeing facilities maintenance and repairs, coordinating office renovations or relocations as necessary.
Requirements:
- Any graduation with post-graduation/MBA in HR is preferable.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in handling the HR function at small/middle-sized organizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and knowledge of Kannada.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and juggle multiple priorities.
Salary: Estimated salary range: ₹ 3,500,000 - ₹ 4,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
