Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Ground Zero. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the HR function and providing administrative support towards building operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of the recruitment process, including preparation of job descriptions, posting of job openings, identification and shortlisting of potential candidates, and provision of assistance in selection and offer processes.
  • Administering the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
  • Ensuring the implementation and adoption of HR policies across the organization.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and file management for all functional operations, including employee personal files, probation/confirmation letters, etc.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement employee engagement strategies aimed at creating a positive work environment.
  • Timely execution of various activities of the performance management system cycle, including review discussions and annual appraisals.
  • Assisting in the management and maintenance of the HR Management System (HRMS) to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
  • Assisting with payroll processing and salary disbursement.
  • Working closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies for talent training and development.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of company events, such as conferences, seminars, and team-building activities.
  • Overseeing facilities maintenance and repairs, coordinating office renovations or relocations as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Any graduation with post-graduation/MBA in HR is preferable.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in handling the HR function at small/middle-sized organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and knowledge of Kannada.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and juggle multiple priorities.

Salary: Estimated salary range: ₹ 3,500,000 - ₹ 4,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
